30-Day Return Policy

At PlumpGloss.com, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Time Frame: The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received them. All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
  • Opened or used beauty and personal care products due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process

Initiating a Return

  2. Approval: Once your return request is received, we will send you a confirmation email with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
  3. Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item(s) to the return address provided. If you use our provided return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you need to exchange an item due to a defect or damage, please contact us at plumpessentials@gmail.com with details and a photo of the item. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
